Working Process of Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine
The rotary ampoule washing machine has a specially designed automatic gripping mechanism that holds ampoules from the neck, inverts them and cleans them before discharging them in the feed worm system in an upright position. Finally, bottles will be funnelled into a tunnel oven by an outlet mechanism.

- Lift the acrylic cover during cycle operation, the machine will automatically stop and re-start from the point when cover is pushed down

A rotary washing machine is one of the ampoule injectable equipment, which is suitable for both ampoule bottles and antibiotic vials washing in pharmaceutical and chemical packaging environments. It adopts powerful flushing and spraying mechanisms to thoroughly wash bottles and vials.
