Introduction of Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine

Ampoule & vial washing machine conforming to the latest GMP standards. The machine is enclosed in stainless steel construction with the flexibility to aseptically clean ampoules with minimum contact between the machine parts and the container.

Working Process of Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine

The rotary ampoule washing machine has a specially designed automatic gripping mechanism that holds ampoules from the neck, inverts them and cleans them before discharging them in the feed worm system in an upright position. Finally, bottles will be funnelled into a tunnel oven by an outlet mechanism.

  • Lift the acrylic cover during cycle operation, the machine will automatically stop and re-start from the point when cover is pushed down

Applications of Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine

A rotary washing machine is one of the ampoule injectable equipment, which is suitable for both ampoule bottles and antibiotic vials washing in pharmaceutical and chemical packaging environments. It adopts powerful flushing and spraying mechanisms to thoroughly wash bottles and vials.

  • Short set up time, fast & simple size change ensures versatility of use for different ampoule/vial
  • All electronically controlled features of machine can be equipped through PLC with operational data logging system for the documentation of all data relevant to the production
